What to do in Chandra Grahan 2020?

चंद्र ग्रहण क्यू लगता है?
भारतीय ज्योतिष शास्त्र के अनुसार, राहु ग्रह जब पूर्णिमा के दिन चंद्रमा को ग्रसता है, तो चन्द्र कुछ समय के लिए छिप जाता है, इस घटना को चंद्र ग्रहण कहते हैं। वहीं विज्ञानिक खगोलशास्त्र के अनुसार, चंद्र ग्रहण एक घगोलीय घटना है, जब पृथ्वी सूर्य की परिक्रमा करते हुए चंद्रमा और सूर्य के बीच में आ जाती है, तो चंद्रमा उससे ढक जाता है, इस बिच चंद्रमा तक सूर्य की किरणें नहीं पहुंच पाती हैं, तब चंद्र ग्रहण लगता है।
चंद्र ग्रहण प्रभाव:
ग्रहण के अंदर अलग अलग राशियों पर अपना अपना प्रभाव पड़ता है, इसलिए ग्रहण के बाद दान और स्नान किया जाता हैग्रहण के सूतक ग्रहण से 12 घंटे पहले ही लग जाते हैं और मंदिरों के पट यानि दरवाजें भी बंद कर दिए जाते हैं, ताकि ग्रहण का नकारात्मक पर प्रभाव मंदिर में मूर्तियों और प्रांगण में न पड़े

चन्द्र ग्रहण में क्या करे?
धार्मिक शास्त्रों के अनुसार, चंद्र ग्रहण के समय भगवान शिव का स्मरण करना चाहिए, क्यूंकि चंद्रमा भगवान शिव के मस्तक पर विराजमान है और शिव ही सभी प्रकार के दोष-संकटों को दूर करने वाले है।
चन्द्र ग्रहण के लिए सावधानियां:
चन्द्र ग्रहण में भोजन करना, सोना, शुभ या नवीन कार्य करना, जल पीना, बाल धोना, मंजन करना, नवीन वस्त्र धारण करना, संभोग करना आदि को वर्जित माना गया है। ग्रहण काल के समय चन्द्र को देखना भी वर्जित माना गया है, ऐसी मान्यता है, कि चन्द्र ग्रहण के समय चंद्रमा को देखने से व्यक्ति के नेत्रों पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है। ग्रहण के समय गर्भवती महिलाओं को भी विशेष रूप से सतर्कता बरतने की जरूरत है,चन्द्र ग्रहण में चंद्रमा के दर्शन करने से गभर्वती महिलाओं के बच्चों पर इसका दुष्प्रभाव पड़ता है।
