According to Land Vastu Tips, as per the land, mango, papaya, amla, guava, pomegranate and bastard teak etc. should be grown in abundance, the land is said to be excellent.

The person, who wants happiness in his house should not build on that land according to Land Vastu Tips, where Peepal or Banyan tree are planted. Therefore, making the home on the land having three trees (People, Banyan Tree, & Custard Apple) or making a house around them is prohibited.
Tulsi plant is said to be the best. It is best to build a house on the land which has basil forest. Tulsi plant purifies the atmosphere from around 50 meters. It has anticlimax power. Black Tulsi is always adorable. On Sunday, one must not be near a Tulsi plant or basil plant, its touch is also inauspicious. Incidentally, sunlight contaminated with its plant by Sunday. If there is a water source on the south side of the land, then the house should not be built on that land. Such land is not prosperous. On the contrary, the land on which there is a water source on the north side, such a land is said to be auspicious, and building on it is a progressive growth factor. If the land is towards the western side of the water source, it is normal to build a house on that land/Land Vastu Tips.
If the land is rugged, high-low, crooked, torn or slippery, then the house should not be built on the land, because the land is pathogenic.
The land/Land Vastu Tips on which there is Pond, lakes etc. are there, house should not be constructed on the house as this land is oppressive.
If there is stool around the land on which there is foul smell floating around, if the bones in the land are suppressed, or if they are invaded by toxic organisms, then the house should not be built on it. Such land is a cause of sorrow due to poverty.

भूमि वास्तु टिप्स (Land Vastu Tips) अनुसार वृक्ष:
भूमि वास्तु टिप्स (Land Vastu Tips) अनुसार जिस भूमि पर आम, पपीता, आंवला, अमरुद, अनार, पलास आदि के वृक्ष बहुतायत में उत्पन्न हों, वह भूमि श्रेष्ठ कही गयी है।
जिन वृक्षों पर फल-फूल आते रहते है और लता एवं वनस्पतियां सरलता से वृद्धि करती है, वह भूमि भी उत्तम कही जाती है।
जिस भूमि (Land Vastu Tips) पर खट्टे-कडवे फलों वाले वृक्ष शमी, नीम, आकड़ा, बबूल, खेजडा आदि उत्पन्न होते है, वह भूमि मध्यम कही जाती है।
भूमि वास्तु टिप्स अनुसार जिस भूमि (Land Vastu Tips) पर कंटीले वृक्ष, झाड-झंखाड़, सूखी घास, बेर, करीर आदि के वृक्ष उत्पन्न होते है, वह भूमि सामान्य कही जाती है।

वटवृक्ष रात्रिकाल में दूषित वायु छोड़ता है जिससे आसपास रहने वाले प्राणियों के स्वास्थ्य में बाधा आती है। इसकी जड़ें भूमि (Land Vastu Tips) के भीतर दूर दूर तक फ़ैल जाती है जो घर को उखाड़ फेंकने में समर्थ है या घर में दरारें भी आ सकती है। सीताफल के वृक्ष पर हमेशा सर्प या विषैले जीव जन्तु वास करते है, इसलिए इस वृक्ष के आसपास घर निर्माण करना निषेध है। अत: तीनों वृक्षों (पीपल, वटवृक्ष, सीताफल) से युक्त भूमि या इनके आसपास घर बनाना निषेध है।
तुलसी का पौधा श्रेष्ठ कहा गया है। जिस भूमि पर तुलसी वन हो वहां पर घर निर्माण करना उत्तम है। तुलसी का पौधा अपने चारों ओर 50 मीटर तक का वातावरण शुद्ध करता है। इसमें क्रमिनाशक शक्ति विद्यमान है। काली तुलसी तो सदैव आराध्य होती है। रविवार को तुलसी वन या तुलसी के पौधे के पास नहीं जाना चाहिए, इसका स्पर्श भी अशुभ है। रविवार के संयोग से इसके पौधे से दूषित रश्मियां निकलती है। तुलसी का पौधा घर के आंगन में लगाना चाहिए।
घर के समीप पूर्व में पीपल का वृक्ष, दक्षिण में गूलर, पश्चिम में बरगद, उत्तर में पाकड़ का वृक्ष उत्तम होता है। सामान्यत: तो ये वृक्ष भूखण्ड के आसपास न हो तो उत्तम है। यदि रखने है तो उपर्युक्त दिशाओं में मुख्य घर के बाद खुले क्षेत्र में लगाएं। यह भी जान लें कि पूर्व में बरगद, दक्षिण में पाकड़, पश्चिम में पीपल और उत्तर में गूलर का वृक्ष वर्जित है। यदि लगायेंगे तो पीपल के कारण अग्निभय पाकड़ के कारण प्रमाद, बरगद के कारण शस्त्रभय और गूलर के कारण उदर रोग रहेगा।
जिस भूमि (Land Vastu Tips) के दक्षिण दिशा की ओर जल स्त्रोत हो तो उस भूमि पर घर निर्माण नहीं करना चाहिए। ऐसी भूमि सुख-समृद्धिदायक नहीं होती है। इसके विपरीत जिस भूमि के उत्तर दिशा की ओर जलस्त्रोत हो तो ऐसी भूमि शुभ कही जाती है, इस पर घर निर्माण करना पराक्रम वृद्धि कारक है। जिस भूमि के पश्चिम दिशा की ओर जलस्त्रोत हो तो उस भूमि पर घर निर्माण करना सामान्य है।
जो भूमि, उबड-खाबड़, ऊँची-नीची, टेढ़ी-मेढ़ी, फटी हुई या फिसलने वाली हो तो उस पर घर नहीं बनाना चाहिए, क्योंकि वह भूमि रोगकारक होती है।
जिस भूमि पर बांबियां बिल आदि हों, वहां पर घर निर्माण नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि यह भूमि (Land Vastu Tips) कष्ट देने वाली होती है।
जिस भूमि (Land Vastu Tips) पर चहुँ ओर मल बिखरा हुआ हो, वहां दुर्गन्ध बहुत हो, भूमि में अस्थियाँ दबी हों या विषैले जीव-जन्तुओं से आक्रान्त हो तो उस पर घर निर्माण नहीं करना चाहिए। ऐसी भूमि दुःख धनहानि कारक होती है।

घर (Land Vastu Tips) के दक्षिण व पश्चिम दिशा में पहाड़ या ऊंची चट्टाने हों तो शुभ है।

घर (Land Vastu Tips) के नैऋत्य कोण की ओर घर हो तो उत्तम है।
घर (Land Vastu Tips) के दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा में कोई कुआं, तालाब, पोखर, गड्ढा आदि है तो अशुभ है।
