What is the Soundarya gutika?

The Soundarya gutika (सौंदर्य गुटिका) is also called the Yowan Gutika. This Gutika is energized with the Mantras of the Apsaras. किसी भी शुक्रवार को स्नान आदि करके रात्रि के समय 9 बजे से 11 बजे के बीच, लाल ऊनी आसन पर पश्चिम दिशा की तरफ मुख करके या फिर आपका मंदिर जिस दिशा की तरफ हो, उस दिशा की ओर मुह करके बैठ जाए৷ मंदिर में या अपने सामने किसी चौकी पर लाल वस्त्र पर थाली स्थापित करे৷ उस थाली के बीच में रोली से “उर्वश्यै नमः” लिखे, लिखे हुए मन्त्र पर एक गुलाब के फुल खोलकर रखें৷, उस गुलाब के बीच सौंदर्य गुटिका को रखें, सौंदर्य गुटिका के चारों दिशाओं में चार रोली की बिंदी लगायें, गुलाब के फूल, इत्र, मीठा पान, पुष्प, छोटी इलायची से पूजन करें৷
