What is Anjani Gutika?
Anjani Gutika (अंजनी गुटिका) is a very rare Gutika, which is also known as Anjana. Anjani Gutika is energized by tantric beej mantras. This Gutika is used to sell any land at a good price. If your house, flat, shop, farm or land is not getting sold, no customer is coming, then by using this Anjani Gutika, the land gets sold at a good price.

How to use Anjani Gutika?
On any Tuesday morning between 5 am to 7 am, sit on a red woolen asana in a secluded place or puja room in your house facing east. Place picture or idol of Shri Hanuman Ji in front of you. After this, keep a pinch of soil of the land, house, shop, office or flat that you want to sell at a good price in a copper plate and place a pearl conch(moti shankh) on it. After this, make the following yantra on a bhojpatra with vermilion and put the yantra in the mouth of the conch. Light a lamp of pure ghee in front and worship Mata Anjani.
After the worship, chant the following Anjana mantra 11 times using Hanuman Rosary for 11 days. After chanting, tie the Anjana gutika in a red cloth and bury it at the place of the land, house, shop, office or flat is to be sold at a good price. If it is not possible to bury it, then hang it at a place where it is not visible. By doing this, the defect in that land ends. The dispute over the land ends. The land starts flourishing and gets sold at a good price. This is a tried and tested experiment, which is completely beneficial.
