In our ancient times, our great Acharyas, Rishimunis made their life pleasant by these mantras. Then Maha-Pandit Damodarji collected this Chintamanirupee Yantra. Then the translator of the Tantra, the well-known commentator of many texts, the creators, editors and the translator system, the Kamaratna Tantra, the astrologer system, the secretarial system, etc. language translator Moradabad resident Param Pujya my uncle Pandit Baldev Prasadji Mishra translated this script into simple Hindi language For which the Tantric society would be grateful to them. प्राचीन काल में हमारे महान् आचार्य ऋषिमुनियों ने इन्हीं मंत्र शास्त्रों के द्वारा अपना जीवन सुखमय बनाया था। इस दिनों मंत्रशास्त्र का प्रचार बहुत कम होने तथा इस विषय पर अच्छे सरल ग्रन्थ न रहने एवं जनता की अश्रद्धा बढने आदि से यह शास्त्र प्राय: लुप्त सा हो रहा है। किन्तु अब भी इस विषय का जो कुछ प्रचार शेष रह गया है उस पर यदि पाठक भली-भांति ध्यान देकर अध्ययन तथा मनन करें तो इस मंत्र वाक्य से अल्प काल में ही उनकी वह चिर अभिलाषा पूरी हो सकती है कि जो मरण पर्यन्त अन्य शास्त्रों के पठन-पाठन से नहीं हो सकती। इस कर्म भूमि में सिद्धि प्राप्त करने के लिए अनेक अन्यान्य शास्त्र है और मन्त्र शास्त्र भी। उसमे जहां शास्त्र दूध अथवा दही के सदृश हैं, वहां मन्त्र शास्त्र मक्खन के सदृश है। मक्खन में दूध या दही से अवश्य ही बहुत अधिक स्वाद और शक्ति होती है। यह इससे भी सिद्ध है कि खाध पदार्थ में श्रीकृष्ण भगवान् माखन को ही श्रेष्ठ समझते थे। अतः शीघ्र ही मनुष्यों के अभिलषित फल प्राप्त होने के लिए मंत्र शास्त्र से बढ़कर कोई दूसरा उपयोगी शास्त्र नहीं है। मंत्रशास्त्र के अंतगर्त ही यह “यंत्रचिन्तामणि” है कि, जिसमे अनेक प्रकार के सिद्धिदायक मंत्र और यंत्र भी हुये। -Yantrachintamani Book.

इसको लोक समक्ष में लाने का श्रेय परमपूज्य महात्मा गंगाधरजी के पुत्र 64 कलाओं में चतूर श्रीगणेशजी के परमभक्त परम बुद्धिमान् दामोदरजी को है। उन्होंने जब शिवोक्त, देव्युक्त प्रभृति अनेकों शास्त्रों को विस्तारपूर्वक देखकर लोकोपकार के लिए स्वयम् मन्त्रयुक्त यंत्रो के संग्रह करने की इच्छा की, उसी समय स्वप्नावस्था में श्रीशंकर महाराज की प्रेरणा हुई। तब महा-पण्डित दामोदरजी ने इस चिन्तामणिरूपी यंत्रो का संग्रह किया। फिर तंत्रों की आदि अनुवादक, अनेक ग्रन्थों के सुप्रसिद्ध टीकाकार, रचयिता, संपादक और महानिवारण तन्त्र, कामरत्न तंत्र, आश्चर्ययोगमाला तंत्र, गुप्तसाधन तंत्र, आदि के भाषा-तरकर्ता मुरादाबाद निवासी परमपूज्य मेरे पितृव्य पण्डित बलदेवप्रसादजी मिश्र ने इस ग्रन्थ का सरल हिन्दी भाषा में अनुवाद किया, जिसके लिए तान्त्रिक समाज उनका चिर कृतज्ञ रहेगा। किन्तु दुःख की बात है कि हमारे पितृव्यजी इस ग्रन्थ के प्रकाशन के पूर्व ही अपनी जीवनयात्रा समाप्त कर ब्रह्म में लीन हो गये। -Yantrachintamani Book.
