Shivavatar Yogeshwar Guru Gorakshanath and the Nath sect promoted by him have been an important contributor to the Indian yoga tradition, religion, culture. The centers of the Nath sect are spread all over India. The legends and folklore related to the achievements and miracles of Guru Gorakhnath and Nath Yogis are spread in different forms in different districts of India.
No one has as much influence as the Nath Yogis have permanently on Indian folk. These yogis did not ignore the body of this folk and the ordinary human beings while doing yoga for Moksha Sidhdhi. He called this folk Shiva as a colossal form.
Declared the body to be a Shiva temple and told each living being to be a narrow form of Shiva and told the path of achievement of their Shiva. Kaya Siddha body is the unity of the universe, the power of Shiva Shakti, the Avadhuta position and the emphasis on the practice of modesty and virtue and celibacy.
