Veer Betal Gutika Holding Method:
After bathing on Sunday morning, go to Shiva temple and get the permission from Lord Shiva and worship Shiva and offer a coconut and banana. After the days work in the evening sit at ten o’clock at your seat. Asana should be black and wearing a black dhoti. Can take blankets for easy. Put a black cloth on a bajot and on it put a steel plate in which write the spell ksham Beej Mantra. Paint with vermilion and apply a little bit of unbridled rice on it and install the gutika on it.

वीर बेताल गुटिका : बेताल भगवान शिव का ही अंश स्वरूप हैं, शिव के गणों में बेताल नाम प्रमुखता से लिया जाता है। अपनी दैवीय शक्तियों के कारण प्राचीन काल से ही भगवान शिव के विशिष्ट गण बेताल गुटिका धारण का प्रचलन रहा है। एक बार राजा दक्ष ने एक विशाल यज्ञ का आयोजन किया। उस आयोजन में भगवान शिव को उचित मान-सम्मान नहीं दिया गया, इस कारण उनकी पत्नी सती जो राजा दक्ष की पुत्री थीं, व्यथित हो गईं और यज्ञ कुण्ड में कूदकर अपने प्राण त्याग दिये। इस कारण भगवान शिव अत्यन्त क्रोधित हुए, उनके क्रोध से तीनों लोक थर्राने लगे, पेड़ों से पत्ते झड़ गये, चारों तरफ बिजलियां कड़कने लगीं और समुद्र में तूफान सा आ गया।
उसी क्रोध के आवेश में भगवान शिव ने अपनी जटा की एक लट को तोड़कर दक्ष के यज्ञ में होम कर दी, फलस्वरूप एक अत्यन्त तेजस्वी पराक्रमी बलवान और साहसी वीर की उत्पत्ति हुई जिसे ‘बेताल’ शब्द से संबोधित किया गया। इस वीर बेताल गुटिका की खोज एस्ट्रो-मंत्रा के साधकों द्वारा सर्व प्रथम की गई और तांत्रोक्त विधि से प्राण प्रतिष्ठित की गई है।

रविवार सुबह स्नान कर शिव मंदिर जाकर आज्ञा प्राप्त करें और शिव पूजन कर एक नारियल और केले प्रसाद रूप में चढ़ा दें। शाम को सभी कामों से निर्वित हो रात 10 बजे अपने आसन पे बैठ जाएँ। आसन काला और काली धोती पहन कर बैठे। आसन के लिए कंबल भी ले सकते हैं। एक बाजोट पर काला कपड़ा बिछाएं और उस के ऊपर एक स्टील की प्लेट में क्षं बीज लिखें। सिंदूर से रंग कर उस पर थोड़े अक्षत की ढेरी लगा दें और उसके ऊपर वीर बेताल गुटिका स्थापित कर दें। एक कोने में थोड़े उड़द काली दाल रखकर उसके ऊपर एक दीप लगा दें।
भैरव जी के नाम से और उस दीपक का पूजन सिंदूर और गुड़ से करें। लाल फूल चढ़ाएं। फिर गुरु पूजन व गणेश को स्मरण कर वीर बेताल गुटिका का पूजन करें। आप दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुख करे और फिर काले हकीक माला से 21 माला मंत्र जप करें और वहीँ सो जाए नीचे बिस्तर लगा के और इस प्रकार 21 दिन साधन करनी है। कोई भी आवाज आए या आपको ऐसा लगे की कोई आपको विचलित कर रहा है तो ध्यान न दें। सद्गुरु जी को स्मरण करे धीरे धीरे विघ्न शांत हो जायेंगे। डरे ना और ना ही कमरा छोड़कर भागे। वह पूरी कोशिश करेगा आपको साधना से उठाने की, आप गुरु जी के चित्र पर दृष्टि लगायेंगे तो विघ्न शांत हो जायेंगे।
इसमें कई अनुभव हो सकते हैं। 21 दिन के बाद यंत्र और माला को शिव मंदिर या किसी नदी में विसर्जित कर दें काले कपड़े में बांध कर जो कपड़ा आप ने बाजोट पर बिछाया हैं। गुटिका को गले में धारण कर लें। अपने अनुभव को किसी को न बताए जब तक आप पूर्ण साधना नहीं कर लेते। आप के कान में आवाजें भी आ सकती हैं, उसको समझें क्योंकि वह लाटरी का नंबर भी हो सकता है।
