This Narwan Gutika is clean with coarsely cloth after dipping in milk and pure water. Before establishing it, the posture of the flower should be provided by pronouncing the spell ‘Om Hreem Vajrankhdanshtray mahasinghay phat’. नवार्ण गुटिका (Narwan Gutika) : इस नवार्ण गुटिका में मां जगदम्बा की शक्ति समाई हुई है। इसको धारण करने वाले साधक की समस्त मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण होती हैं। यह सरल है और शीघ्र सिद्ध होता है। इसके मंत्र में ‘ऐं’ मां सरस्वती का, ‘ह्रीं’ मां लक्ष्मी या भुवनेश्वरी का तथा ‘क्लीं’ मां काली का प्रतीक है। इन बीज मंत्रों में इन देवियों की शक्तियां समाई हैं। नवार्ण गुटिका धन-धान्य, सुख-समृद्धि आदि सहित सभी मनोकामनाओं को पूर्ण करती है। अनुष्ठान यदि बिना विशेष कामना के भी किया जाय तो मां दुर्गा साधक को सभी सुख स्वत: प्रदान कर देती हैं। यदि इसकी मौन एवं दीर्घकालीन साधना की जाय तो वाक सिद्धि प्राप्त होती है।
नवार्ण गुटिका का अनुष्ठान 4 लाख मंत्र जाप, उसका दशांश अर्थात चालीस हजार खीर, अन्न और घृत की आहुति देते हुए हवन, हवन के दशांश अर्थात चार हजार बार तर्पण, तर्पण का दशांश अर्थात चार सौ बार मार्जन और मार्जन का दशांश चालीस ब्राह्मणों को भोजन करवाने पर संपन्न होता है। यह अनुष्ठान एस्ट्रो-मंत्रा के साधकों द्वारा सम्पन्न किया हुआ है एक बार अनुष्ठान से यह नवार्ण गुटिका सिद्ध की गई है। फिर उसकी प्राण प्रतिष्ठा की गयी है। इसके बाद उसका विभिन्न प्रकार से प्रयोग किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए नवरात्र का समय श्रेष्ठ होता है। नवरात्र के प्रथम आठ दिनों में 9 पंडित 56 माला जप करके इस अनुष्ठान को संपन्न कर सकते हैं। नौवें दिन हवन, तर्पण आदि कार्य करने चाहिए।
उक्त मंत्र में जप के साथ प्रतिदिन दुर्गा सप्तशती के एकाधिक पाठ भी करना श्रेष्ठ है। इस अनुष्ठान में अन्य सामान्य मण्डल मनाए जाते हैं लेकिन मां दुर्गा के लिए सर्वतोभद्र मण्डल की रचना विशेष रूप से की जाती है। इसमें पूर्वादि क्रम से जया, विजया, अजिता, अपराजिता, नित्या, विलासिनी, द्रोग्ध्री, अघोरा और मंगला की भी पूजा की जानी चाहिए। तत्पश्चात नवार्ण गुटिका की स्थापना इस नवपीठ शक्तिमंडल के मध्य में करनी चाहिए।
नवार्ण गुटिका धारण विधि:
इस गुटिका को घृत, दुग्ध और शुद्ध जल से स्नान कराकर कोरे वस्त्र से साफ किया जाता है। इसकी स्थापना से पूर्व ‘ऊं ह्रीं वज्रनखदंष्ट्राय महासिंहाय फट्’ का उच्चारण करते हुए पुष्प का आसन प्रदान किया जाना चाहिये। इस गुटिका में सिंह एवं चौसठ योगिनियों सहित मां की समस्त शक्तियां विराजित होती हैं। यह गुटिका साक्षात दुर्गा स्वरूप है। इसके अतिरिक्त गणपति, गौरी, षोडश मातृका, पंच लोकपाल आदि का मंडल निर्माण एवं पूजा अर्चना भी इसमें होती है। पूजा के पश्चात् निम्न मन्त्र रुद्राक्ष माला द्वारा 27 बार जप करनी होगी।
