मंत्र के जरियेसे चोर पकडे गये हैं। मंत्र पढी हुई कुछ शै खानेसे चोरके बदनसे लहू बहा है। मंत्र पढे हुए लकडीके टुकडेने बराबर एक साथ उछलकर चोरको पकड़ा है। पानी, चावल, राख यह तीनों मंत्रसे पढे जाकर हरेक कामपर अपना जोर दिखाते हैं। हमने यहांतक देखा कि मंत्र के पढतेही सांपका जहर उतर गया। बस मंत्र – विद्याको झूठा साबित करनेकी हिम्मत कोई भी नहीं कर सकता है। जिसके काम रोजमर्रा हम अपने आसपास देखते हैं, उसको किस तौरसे झूठा कहें? इस विद्या की अन्दरूनी बातोंको न जानकर, इसके सबब और इसके वसीलेकी वाकिफ- कारी न होनेपर क्या कोई इस विद्याको झूठ कहनेकी हिम्मत कर सकता है? कभी नहीं। सच या झूठका साबित होना इम्तहान करनेपर मुनहसिर है।
