He was born in 1866 in the noble family of Norman. He died in 1936. After his youth, Keero tried his luck for many years in the field of becoming a journalist, teacher, public speaker and editor. After many years, he realized that he was not born in this world for this work. Gaining experience in these fields, he gradually moved forward in the direction of Numerology, Palmistry, Astronomy, Predictions and expanded his world in these fields and when he fully entered this field, he never looked back at the other fields he had left.

When he was on his trip to the eastern countries, he got the opportunity to meet a community of Brahmins whose Guru had the knowledge of supernatural powers, which they considered as sacred as their religious teachings. Along with his spiritual knowledge, he also imparted knowledge of the mysterious importance of numbers to the people of that community. He also told Keero about his knowledge of those numbers and what is their relation with human life.

उनका जन्म सन् 1866 ई० में नारमन के कुलीन परिवार में हुआ था। उनका निधन सन् 1936 ई० में हुआ। अपनी युवावस्था के बाद कीरो अनेक वर्षों तक पत्रकार, अध्यापक, जनवक्ता और सम्पादक बनने के क्षेत्र में किस्मत आजमाते रहे। कई वर्षों के बाद उन्हें इस बात का अनुभव हुआ कि वे इस काम के लिए संसार में नहीं जन्मे हैं। इन क्षेत्रों में अनुभव उठाते हुए वे अंक विज्ञान, हस्तरेखा, खगोल विद्या, भविष्यवाणी करने की दिशा में धीरे-धीरे पग बढ़ाते हुए अपनी दुनिया इन क्षेत्रों में बढ़ाने हेतु आगे बढ़ते चले गये और जब इस क्षेत्र में पूरी तरह उतरे तो अन्य छोड़े हुए क्षेत्रों की ओर पलटकर भी नहीं देखा।

जब वे अपनी पूर्वी देशों की यात्रा पर थे तब उन्हें ब्राह्मणों के एक ऐसे समुदाय से मिलने का अवसर मिला जिनका गुरु अलौकिक सिद्धि का ज्ञान था, जिन्हें वे अपनी धार्मिक शिक्षाओं की भांति ही पवित्र मानते थे। वह अपने अध्यात्मिक ज्ञान के साथ-साथ उस समुदाय के लोगों को अंकों के रहस्यमय महत्व का भी ज्ञान कराता था। कीरो को भी उसके उन अंकों के ज्ञान के बारे में बताते हुए जानकारी दी कि मानव-जीवन से उनका क्या सम्बन्ध है।
