Roga Marga Book
Roga Marga Book, students of Ayurveda face many challenges when they enter college. First of all, they have to imbibe the ancient scientific approach and unique terminology in Sanskrit language. They are not familiar with modern knowledge when they grow up. I also faced the same problem when I was a student. I was thinking of doing something for these problems. By the grace of Lord Dhanvantri, I got the opportunity to teach Ayurvedic medicine and Charaka Samhita Granth in a reputed college. I got inspired by the fifteenth chapter of Charaka Chikitsa.
I enjoyed the beauty of the ancient system of Sankhya theory. The topic is “How Rasa dhatu transforms into Ojas”, it is the internal energy cycle based on the matter to energy and then internal energy (First Book). The publishers of my first book asked me to write another book on my practical experience regarding treatment. So, I have put my effort into presenting this second book. In the first part of this second book, i have explained how we can apply the terminology and learn science which can help us in our practical aspects.
Second part – How to practice? The question of students made me restless. Meanwhile some students said that most of the time, I am using medicines in different disorders. And in the text books also (in original literature), it is in details that the same medicine one can use in different disorders. So, I decided to select at least medicines and study them and use them and find out the possible scientific aspects. The limited term “Rog Marg” helped me a lot.
