Dr Narayan Dutt Shrimali Books (Nikhileshwaranand) was born on 21 April 1935 in Kharantia, Rajasthan. Shrimali Ji’s father’s name was Pandit Multan Chandra Shrimali. Shrimali Ji did M.A. from Rajasthan University. (Hindi) in 1963 and Ph.D. (Hindi) in 1965 from Jodhpur University. Dr Narayan Dutt Shrimali was counted as the best astrologer of his time, even today his name is taken with respect in the field of astrology, tantra, and writing. Shrimali was probably the first such astrologer who earned wealth worth crores through astrology.
