Dwadash Jyotirling Mahamrityunjaya Yantra (द्वादश ज्योतिलिंग महामृत्युंजय यंत्र) is a very powerful yantra of Lord Shiva. How to Install Dwadash Jyotirling Mahamrityunjaya Yantra?

On any Monday or Saturday evening between 7 pm to 10 pm, sit on a white woolen mat facing east in a secluded place or prayer room in your house. Make a triangle with vermilion in a plate in front of the idol of Lord Shiva and place 8 black peppercorns in that triangle. Then install Dwadash Jyotirling Mahamrityunjaya Yantra on those black peppercorns. Light a lamp of pure ghee in front of the yantra, offer incense and perform worship. After this, chant 8 Mala of the following mantra with any Rudraksha Rosary or chant the mantra according to your sadhana.

Om houm joom sah (name) sah joom om.

In this mantra, use the name of the patient in place of the name. After completing the chant, tie the yantra in a red cloth and place it at the head of the patient. Take the 8 black peppers kept under the yantra, rotate them 8 times upside down over the patient and burn them with camphor in an open place. By doing this, the disease of the patient starts to go away.

किसी भी सोमवार या शनिवार के दिन शाम के समय 7 बजे से 10 बजे के बीच अपने घर में किसी एकान्त स्थान या पूजा कक्ष में पूर्व दिशा की तरफ़ मुख करके सफ़ेद ऊनी आसन पर बैठ जाए, भगवान शिव के मूर्ती के सामने एक थाली में सिंदूर से त्रिकोण बनाकर, उस त्रिकोण में 8 काली मिर्च के दाने रख दें। फिर उस काली मिर्च के दानों पर, द्वादश ज्योतिलिंग महामृत्युंजय यंत्र स्थापित करें, यन्त्र के सामने शुद्ध घी का दीपक जलाकर, धुप-दीप देकर, पूजन करें, इसके बाद निम्नलिखित मन्त्र की 8 माला का जाप किसी भी रुद्राक्ष माला से जाप करें या अपनी साधना के अनुसार मन्त्र जाप करे।

इस मन्त्र में नाम की जगह रोगी का नाम ले, जाप पूरा होने के बाद यन्त्र को लाल वस्त्र में बांध कर रोगी के सिरहाने रख दे, यन्त्र के नीचे रखी हुई 8 काली मिर्च को, रोगी के उपर से उल्टा 8 बार घुमा कर, खुले स्थान में कपूर के साथ जला दें। इस तरह करने से रोगी का रोग दूर होने लगता है।
