Write ‘Shrim’ on a plate with a Roli and make a heap of a handful of Akshat on top of the Shrim and install Dhanda Yantra on that heap. Burn camphor on a pot. Chant the following mantra 11 times using Kamalgatta Rosary by showing incense and lamp.

इस यंत्र को किसी शुक्रवार रात्रि के 9 से 12 बजे के बीच में मंदिर में माँ लक्ष्मी के सामने, किसी थाली में में रोली से श्रीं लिखें और श्रीं के ऊपर एक मुट्ठी अक्षत के ढेरी बनाये उस ढेरी पर धनदा यंत्र को स्थापित करें। कपूर की धूप और दीप दिखाकर निम्न मंत्र का कमलगट्टे के माला से 11 माला जाप करें।
