लाजवर्द रत्न कैसे धारण करें?

किसी भी शनिवार के दिन शाम के समय 7 बजे से 10 बजे के बीच अपने घर में किसी एकान्त स्थान या पूजा कक्ष में पश्चिम दिशा की तरफ़ मुख करके काले ऊनी आसन पर बैठ जाए, भगवान शिव की मूर्ती के सामने एक थाली में, काजल से “U” बनाकर, उसमें काजल से ही 8 बिंदियाँ लगाये। फिर लाजवर्द रत्न को उस थाली में रख कर, नीले पुष्प या सफ़ेद आक के पुष्प उस पर रखे, उसके बाद थाली के सामने शुद्ध तेल का दीपक जलाकर, पूजन करें और निम्नलिखित मंत्र का 5 माला यानि 540 बार शनि मंत्र का जाप कर, इसे धारण करें।
