Upon seeing this literature, I thought to myself how incomprehensibly knowledgeable Guru Gorakhnath Ji was—an expert in Ashtanga Yoga, a knower of the ultimate reality, a practitioner of Kundalini, someone who attained Brahmapad and experienced Kaivalya—this kind of knowledge is not readily available. The teachings of Guru Gorakhnath Ji relate to knowledge, which is immensely beneficial for all of humanity. A ganga of knowledge for practitioners and a guide to the right path for ascetics.

One should be able to read them regardless of their religion or sect. Moreover, it inspires to follow the Gorakh path. There should be a text available that fulfills this need. With this thought in mind, I have taken these teachings from some authentic texts. Then, I simplified their meanings and am presenting them to you. This knowledge will benefit the public, and thus I dedicate this text to you through Shri Randhir Publication, Haridwar.
