After Garbhadhan, there are the ceremonies of Pumsavan, Seemantonnayan, Jatakarma, and Namkaran which are performed to establish a connection with the divine world for the newborn. After Namkaran, there are the ceremonies of Chudakarma and Yajnopavita. Then comes the marriage ceremony. This is the most important sacrament of married life. In Hinduism, this is the biggest sacrament for both men and women, which lasts for lifetimes.
There may be slight differences in the order of sacraments in various religious texts, but the commonly practiced order includes Garbhadhan, Pumsavan, Seemantonnayan, Jatakarma, Namkaran, Nishkraman, Annaprasan, Chudakarma, Vidhyarambh, Karnavedh, Yajnopavita, Vedarambh, Keshant, Samavartan, Vivah, and Antyeshti.
