Birds Shakun 2/पक्षी शकुन 3rd quarter (12 to 3pm):

  • During this period, if crow crows from the eastern side, it is believed that it will definitely rain. There is a fear of thievery as well or the enemy will surrender and one will win.
  • Crowing of crow from North-East side is too providential. The person hears it, can get wealth.
  • If the crow crows from west side, the desired work will be successful. The person can get over from enemy and earn wealth.
  • But if crows from the south side, it may cause insult. Ominous news may come or there will be quarrel in the family.
  • Crowing from North-West side is providential. The person hears it can earn wealth and will get relief from diseases.
  • If the crow crows from south-west side, there is a chance of illness and symbolizes the coming trouble.
  • The crowing from South-East is ominous.

Birds Shakun 2: 4th quarter (3pm to 6 pm):

  • In this duration if the crow crows from eastern side, it will fetch prestige but he may get ominous news.
  • If the crow crows from northern side, one will get his beloved or chance of meeting lover, wealth earning opportunities are there.
  • If the crowing is heard from the west side, one will meet such a person who will make him monetarily benefitted.
  • If crowing sound is heard from the south, one should be alert from the enemy and keep restrictions on food. He or she should be careful from the vehicles.
  • It the crow crows from the North-East side, the man will be in despair and something unexpected could happen to him.
  • But if the crowing heard from North-West side, it is auspicious. He or she will get relief from the diseases. It will rain that day. Chance of pleasant travel is there and possibilities of meeting the beloved are there.
  • On the 4th quarter, if crow crows from South-East direction, there is a chance of getting ill. There are many concepts besides above on crows prevailing in the society. If per chance the crows shit on a person while going somewhere for work, the work will be successful. If it falls on an unmarried person, it is a chance of getting married soon. If a person goes out for work and on the way he feeds the crow seeds and the crow eats it, it assures the success of the work, if does not eat, it will have hurdles in the work.
  • If some crows fight among them and fall near your feet, all your problems will be over.
  • If during the third quarter of the day crows fly around you, you will get invitation for a dinner. But if many crows gather and starts crowing, it is a symbol of danger.
  • But if the crow throws some pieces of bread on your door, your house will remain full of crops always.
  • If any days during 4th quarter of the day crows fly around you, you can expect good news. If a crow crows sitting on an iron rod facing south it will be ominous. And if by sitting on wood it crows, it will bring good news.
  • But if one dreams about the crow, it is ominous. The touch of crow is also having different concepts. If anybody on the way to work is touched by a crow on shoulder, that man be captured by the enemies.
  • If you are going somewhere in the morning and suddenly a crow falls on your feet, it will fetch happiness and weal. There will be prosperity in life. A lot of money will pour in and a prestigious gain will be there. The enemies will be defeated.
  • If you are eating something and if a crow snatches it and fly away, you should accept defeat. If you fight with you, you will face defeat.
  • If a person is going out and a crow throw something on him, it is beneficial. He will be beneficial with cereals, sweetmeat and if bone is thrown, it will provide lesser benefit.

Birds Shakun 2: Pigeon:

  • Regarding pigeons there are many concepts prevailing. This is discussed since a millennium. If the pigeons are sitting on the roof and making chaos, it is a chance of storm.
  • If a pair of white pigeon sits on the chimney of the house, it is believed that a member of the house will die. If any wild pigeon enters your house and turns to a pet, it is a symbol of death.
  • If any pigeon enters the kitchen and sits on the platform, any one of the member of the house will fall ill.
  • In Britain in some areas it is believed that if anyone is on death bed, a pillow of pigeon’s feather can prolong his or her life.

Birds Shakun 2: Wild Pigeon:

To bring this inside the house or if it comes by itself is ominous. Parrots are considered as a good foreteller. Even today people are taking the help of parrots for foretell. People groom the parrots as a pet and its sight is said to be providential. While going away, the parrot comes near, it is auspicious but hooting of parrots is ominous.

Birds Shakun 2: Sparrow:

If a person going for work and a sparrow shit on him, it is said to be providential. It is said that he can get money on the way. If the sparrow makes the nest inside the house, it is beneficial to the owner.

Birds Shakun 2: Kite:

The concept about the kite is if it touches anybody on head, the man will die soon or he will suffer a death like trauma. It is believed that if the kite starts sitting on a building, the persons living on that house become unlucky.  It is also seen that the house becomes barren. In the Shakun shastra the sound of kites have different results which are given here under.

  • If continuously Chi..Chi..Chi.. is heard, the result is good.
  • If Chiri..Chiri.. Sound is heard, it is also auspicious.
  • If the kite sounds Chiku.. Chiku.. A special guest is expected.
  • If the kite sounds Chikru. Chikru, it gives the symbol of poverty.
  • If the sound is Kitu.. Kitu.. One get the desired results.
  • If the sound is like Shooli.. Shooli.. It will enhance in income.
  • If the kite sounds Chiluku.. Chiluku.. It will fetch the blessings of goddess Laxmi.
  • If the sound is Chili.. Chili.. It is providential.
  • The Chi.. Chi.. Sound is ominous.

तीसरा प्रहर (दिन 12 बजे से 3 बजे) पक्षी शकुन:

  • इस प्रहर में पूर्व दिशा से कौवे के बोलने पर यह मान्यता है कि शहर में वर्षा होगी, चोरी आदि का भय हो सकता है या फिर शत्रु अपनी पराजय स्वीकार करके विजय दिलायेगा।
  • उत्तर-पूर्व में कौवे का बोलना नितांत शुभ माना जाता है। इससे व्यक्ति को धन का लाभ हो सकता है, ऐसी मान्यता है।
  • दिन के इस प्रहर में यदि पश्चिम की तरफ से कौवा बोले तो मनवांछित कार्य सम्पन्न होता है। समृद्धि प्राप्त होती है और शत्रु से छुटकारा मिलता है।
  • लेकिन दक्षिण दिशा से यदि कौवे का स्वर सुनाई पड़े तो मान हानि हो सकती है। अशुभ सूचना प्राप्त होती है या फिर झगड़ा होता है।
  • उत्तर-पश्चिम से कौवे का बोलना शुभ संकेत माना जाता है। इससे जातक को धन लाभ होता है और वह बिमारी आदि से मुक्त होता है।
  • पश्चिम-दक्षिण दिशा से कौवे बोले तो रोगादि का भय, किसी संकट के आगमन की सूचना आदि दर्शाता है।
  • दक्षिण-पूर्व से कौवे का बोलना अशुभ माना जाता है।

चौथा प्रहर (दिन 3 बजे से 6 बजे शाम) पक्षी शकुन:

  • दिन के चौथे प्रहर में कौवे की आवाज यदि पूर्व दिशा से सुनाई पड़े तो यह सम्मान प्राप्ति की सूचना होती है या फिर कोई अशुभ समाचार मिलने वाला होता है।
  • इसी तरह उत्तर दिशा से कौवे का स्वर यदि सुनाई पड़े तो प्रेमिका की प्राप्ति या प्रेमी से मिलन, प्रयत्न करने से धन लाभ, यात्रा आदि के अवसर प्राप्त होते है।
  • पश्चिम से कौवे का स्वर सुनाई पड़े तो किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति से मुलाकात होती है, जिससे धन का लाभ हो।
  • दक्षिण से कौवे का स्वर सुनाई दे तो शत्रु से सावधान हो जाना चाहिए और खाना-पान में परहेज करना चाहिए। रास्ते में चलते समय वाहनों आदि से यथा संभव बचना चाहिए।
  • इसी तरह पूर्व-उत्तर में कौवा बोले तो व्यक्ति को निराशा ही प्राप्त होती है और अनापेक्षित रूप से कुछ घटित हो सकता है।
  • लेकिन उत्तर-पश्चिम से कौवे का स्वर सुनाई पड़ना लाभदायक माना जाता है। इससे रोगादि से छुटकारा मिलता है। वर्षा होती है। सुखमय यात्रा का अवसर मिलता है और किसी प्रेमी या प्रेमिका से भी भेंट हो सकती है।
  • चौथे प्रहर में ही कौवे का स्वर यदि दक्षिण-पूर्व दिशा से आये तो रोगादि का भय होता है। उपरोक्त सब मान्यताओं के अलावा कौवे को लेकर और भी बहुत सी मान्यताएं सामाज में प्रचलित हैं। मसलन कहीं जाते समय यदि कौवा ऊपर से बीट कर दे और वह बीट व्यक्ति के ऊपर आ गिरे तो माना जाता है कि व्यक्ति का कार्य पूर्ण होगा। किसी अविवाहित के ऊपर बीट गिरे तो उसकी शीघ्र शादी हो जाती है। आप कहीं जा रहे हैं, सामने कौवा दिख जाए, आप उसे दाना डालें यदि कौवा वह दाना खा लेता है तो कार्य पूरा होने का संकेत होता है, अन्यथा कार्य में विघ्न पैदा होते हैं।
  • किसी भी दिन यदि कुछ कौवे लड़ते हुए आएं और आपके पैर के पास गिरें तो यह माना जाता है कि इससे जो भी संकट आने वाला था वह समाप्त हो जायेगा और संकट उपस्थित करने वाले मुंह की खायेंगे।
  • यदि किसी व्यक्ति के ऊपर दिन के तीसरे प्रहर में कौवे मंडराएं तो उस व्यक्ति को किसी दावत में जाने का सन्देश मिलता है। लेकिन यदि कहीं पर अकारण ही बहुत से कौवे इकट्ठे होकर चिल्लाते हुए मंडराने लगें तो यह उस स्थान के प्रधान के लिए खतरे का संकेत माना जाता है।
  • यदि किसी की छत पर प्रात:काल कोई कौवा मरा हुआ मिले तो उस घर के लोगों को पूजा-पाठ आदि करना चाहिये तथा सम्मान से कौवे को दफन करना चाहिये, अन्यथा अशुभ घटित होने का अंदेशा रहता है।
  • लेकिन यदि किसी के घर पर या दरवाजे के सामने कौवा कोई वस्तु फेंकता है तो उसी वस्तु की शीघ्र प्राप्ति होती है। मसलन यदि कौवा अन्न के टुकड़े फैंके तो इससे घर में अन्न बढ़ता है।
  • यदि किसी दिन के चौथे प्रहर में कौवा सिर के ऊपर मंडराये तो उसे शुभ समाचार की आशा करनी चाहिए। यदि दिन के किसी भी प्रहर में कौवा लोहे पर बैठकर दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुंह करके कर्कश स्वर में बोले तो यह अशुभ माना जाता है। इसी तरह यदि लकड़ी के ऊपर बैठकर कौवा बोले तो शुभ संदेश की प्राप्ति होती है।
  • लेकिन यदि स्वप्न में कौवा दिखाई पड़े तो इसे शुभ नहीं माना जाता। कौवे के स्पर्श को लेकर भी अनेक तरह की मान्यताएं समाज में प्रचलित हैं। कहीं पर आते-जाते समय यदि कौवा किसी के कंधे से टकरा जाये या छू जाए तो उस व्यक्ति को दुश्मन अपने अधिकार में ले लेता है।
  • यदि आप सुबह के समय कहीं जा रहे हैं और कहीं से उड़ता हुआ कौवा पैर पर आ गिरे या छू जाए तो जीवन को तमाम खुशियों से भर देता है। उन्नति मिलती है, अधिक धन की प्राप्ति होती है, कोई विशेष उपाधि मिलती है और शत्रु परास्त होते हैं।
  • आप कहीं पर बैठ कर कुछ खा रहे हैं और कोई कौवा खाने में से कुछ लेकर उड़ जाए तो उस व्यक्ति को अपनी हार स्वीकार कर लेनी चाहिये। यदि वह किसी झगड़े में उलझा हुआ होगा तो उसमें उसकी पराजय होगी।
  • यदि कोई व्यक्ति किसी विशेष कार्य से कहीं जा रहा है और ऊपर से उड़ता हुआ कौवा कुछ गिरा दे और वह उस व्यक्ति पर आ गिरे तो उसे लाभ होता है। अन्न, मिष्ठान आदि से उसे लाभ होता और हड्डी आदि के गिरने से मध्यम लाभ होता है।

कबूतर पक्षी शकुन:

कबूतर के विषय में भी अनेक धारणायें प्रचलित हैं और यह हजारों सालों से चर्चा का विषय है। यदि किसी मकान की छत पर कबूतरों की भीड़ बैठी हो और आपस में छेड़खानी कर रही हो तो मानना चाहिए कि तूफान आने वाला है।

यदि सफेद कबूतरों का एक जोड़ा किसी मकान की चिमनी पर बैठा हो तो मानना चाहिए की जल्दी ही उस मकान मालिक के परिवार में किसी की मृत्यु होगी। यदि कोई कबूतर अचानक मकान में घुस आये और जंगली होने के बावजूद अचानक पालतू हो जाये तो भी मृत्यु का संकेत होता है। यदि कोई कबूतर रसोई में घुस आए और मेज पर बैठ जाये तो घर में कोई बिमार होता है।

ब्रिटेन के कुछ क्षेत्रों में ऐसा भी माना जाता है कि यदि कोई आदमी मर रहा हो और उसके सिर के नीचे कबूतर के परों का तकिया लगा दिया जाये तो उसकी जिन्दगी कुछ दिनों के लिए बढ़ जाती है।

जंगली कबूतर पक्षी शकुन:

इस जीव का घर में लाना या स्वयं आ जाना अशुभ माना जाता है। तोते को प्राय: एक अच्छे भविष्य वक्ता के रूप में जाना जाता है। जगह-जगह आज भी भविष्य बताने वाले तोतों की मदद लेते हैं। घरों में भी अक्सर तोते पाले जाते हैं। इसके दर्शन प्राय: शुभ माने गये हैं। प्रस्थान करते समय यदि अचानक तोता सामने आ जाये तो भी यह शुभ रहता है। लेकिन तोते का चिल्लाना अशुभ माना जाता है।

चिड़िया पक्षी शकुन:

किसी कार्य के लिए जाते समय यदि उड़ती हुई चिड़िया बीट कर दे और वही बीट प्रस्थान कर रहे व्यक्ति पर गिरे तो यह लाभदायक शकुन माना गया है। माना जाता है कि ऐसे में उसे रास्ते में पड़ा हुआ धन मिल सकता है। इसी तरह यदि घरों में चिड़िया अपना घोंसला बना ले तो यह शकुन घर के निवासियों के लिए सौभाग्य वाला माना गया है।

चील पक्षी शकुन:

इस पक्षी के बारे में यह मान्यता है कि उड़ते समय यदि यह किसी के मस्तिष्क से स्पर्श करती हुई जायें तो शीघ्र ही उस व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो जाती है या उसे मृत्यु तुल्य कष्ट उठाना पड़ता है। चीलों के बारे में प्राचीन समय से ही एक मत यह भी है कि यदि किसी मकान के ऊपर चीलें बैठना प्रारंभ कर दें तो उस मकान में रहने वालों का सौभाग्य समाप्त हो जाता है एवं उस मकान में निवास दुर्भाग्यशाली रहता है।  प्राय: देखने में आया है कि ऐसे मकान उजड़ जाते हैं। शकुन शास्त्र में चील के विभिन्न स्वर स्वीकार किये गये हैं। ये अलग-अलग स्वर निम्न फल प्रदान करते हैं—

  • यदि लगातार ची..ची..ची.. का स्वर सुनाई पड़े तो शुभ फल प्राप्त होता है।
  • यदि ‘चिरि…चिरि’ स्वर सुनाई पड़े तो शुभ फल प्राप्त होता है।
  • यदि चील ‘चिकु…चिकु’ का स्वर उच्चारित करे तो घर पर कोई न कोई विशेष मेहमान पधारता है।
  • यदि ‘चिक्रू-चिक्रू’ का स्वर सुनाई पड़े तो यह दरिद्रता की सूचना देता है।
  • यदि चील ‘कितु…कितु’ बोले तो इच्छानुसार फल मिलता है।
  • यदि ‘शूलि…शूलि’ का स्वर सुनाई पड़े तो रोजगार में उन्नति होती है।
  • ‘चिलिकु…चिलिकु’ स्वर यदि चील उच्चारित करे तो लक्ष्मी कृपा करती है।
  • ‘चिलि…चिलि’ का शब्द शुभप्रद रहता है। ‘
  • ‘चिची…चिची’ का उच्चारण अशुभ माना गया है।
