किसी भी रविवार के दिन सुबह 5 बजे से 7 बजे के बीच नहा धोकर शुद्ध होकर घर के मंदिर में लाल वस्त्र बिछाकर उस पर चावल की ढेरी बनाकर इस देह चैतन्य यंत्र को स्थापित करे, पूजन करे। फिर यन्त्र के सामने शुद्ध घी का दीपक जलाकर, धुप-दीप देकर निम्नलिखित मन्त्र का 11 माला का जाप करे या अपनी साधना अनुसार मन्त्र जाप करे।
