White Puja Asana/White Woollen Asana (सफ़ेद पूजा आसन): Asana means the throne of a king and so is the throne of a seeker, which is called asana in our scriptures, when the seeker sits on the seat, he will be elevated from a human being and will be in the category of gods. By performing spiritual practice, God himself becomes equal, according to Damar Tantra, different asanas are used for different practices, the color of which should also be different.
According to Vedic scriptures, chanting of any mantra should not perform without White Puja Asana. Otherwise, it is possible to see a loss instead of a profit. Various asanas people use in mantra chanting and worship, but among all carpets, the “wool” asana is the best. Some people usually use a mat or cloth that is not suitable for providential results. Performing puja by sitting on an asana gives complete virtue and also evil effects one can avoid by sitting on the Asana and worshiping it. Purity also has an association with scientific reasons.
There is always infinite energy and forces in the universe. Our earth is only a part of the universe. Electricity and magnetic waves continue to flow through the earth. Whenever someone performs a prayer or recites a prayer, they create energy. By performing puja without White Puja Asana, the body comes directly into contact with the earth, and the positive energy that develops is located directly in the earth. Conversely, if the asana breaks the direct contact between the body and the ground. However, the positive energy produced by the puja, it prevents the energy from going into the ground. White Puja Asana Uses:
Using White Woollen Asana one can easily perform Shiva Sadhana, Gayatri Sadhana, Saraswati Sadhana, and Bhairav Sadhana. Moreover, Bhuvaneshwari Sadhana, Moon Planetary Meditation, Venus Planetary Meditation, and Peace Experiment. Besides, Vindhya Vasini Sadhana etc. If anyone does any of these practices or chants mantras, you have to use the position of white color. Then only you will get the complete virtue of worshiping and chanting the mantra. Thereafter, your work will complete soon.
If people do sitting meditation on the White Puja Asana, concentration in meditation begins and then the seeker achieves peace.
