Laal Ratti Gunja/Chirmati Red Beej (लाल गुंजा): Laal Ratti Gunja or ratti is a plant that is planted. Usually it is uplifted with tiny plants. Villagers living in tribal and forest villages can often be seen wearing jewelry made from colored beans or granules. Often these are red-black, white or green seeds.
This plant is known as Chirmati Red Beej. For hundreds of years the use of rosewood seeds has been used as a unit of gold and silver weight. This is the reason that the costly jewelry are measured in the rattan. In today’s modern era, almost the same weight of rattan seeds(Laal Ratti Gunja) is valid for a jeweler as a unit for measurement of jewelry. This Laal Ratti Gunja is obtained in two colors. And the gems continue to weigh in; the name of the weight called Ratti is determined by its name.
In it, the flowers are pink like flowers of some big beans, the leaves of this vine are like tamarind leaves, and flowers blooms in it during the autumn period. It is dried in color by red-colored pearls, red and white rows are visible, sometimes black colored rays are available. Generally Chirmati Red Beej is available everywhere, but white are for fortunate enough, it is sometimes successful, sometimes unsuccessful, or even prone to failure often.
According to Western ideas it is not harmed by the consumption of fruits. But it works duly by putting it on the injuries. It is from the opinion of Sushruta. There is burning sensation and causes inflammation in the eyes and swelling in the eyelids, if Gunja is fallen or given to the eyes.

Abrus precatorius is a slender, perennial climber that twines around trees, shrubs, and hedges. Leaves are glabrous with long internodes. It has a slender branch and a cylindrical wrinkled stem with a smooth-textured brown bark. Flowers are small and pale violet in colour with a short stalk, arranged in clusters.
The fruit, which is a pod, is flat, oblong and truncate-shaped with a sharp deflexed beak is about 3 to 4.5 cm long, 1.2 cm wide, and silky-textured. Each fruit contains from 3 to 5 oval-shaped seeds, about 0.6 cm. They are usually bright scarlet in colour with a smooth, glossy texture, and a black patch on top.
