On any Saturday evening between 5 pm and 7 pm, sit on a Red woollen asana in a secluded place or prayer room in your house, facing east. Place an Idol or Picture of Shri Hanuman in front of you. Make a ‘’Circle’’ with roli in a plate in front of the Idol and write “Hum” on it with roli.
Then place the Hanuman Kada on it and apply red vermilion (Sindoor) on the kada. After that, offer red oleander flowers, fruits and sweets on the kada. Light a lamp of pure ghee in front and worship it. After the worship, say “Jai Shri Ram” 12 times, recite Hanuman Chalisa once and Bajrang Baan 7 times and wear it on your Right hand.

किसी भी शनिवर के दिन शाम के समय 5 बजे से 7 बजे के बीच अपने घर में किसी एकान्त स्थान या पूजा कक्ष में पूर्व दिशा की तरफ़ मुख करके, लाल ऊनी आसन पर बैठ जाए, अपने सामने श्री हनुमान जी की मूर्ती या चित्र रखें, उनके सामने एक थाली में, रोली से “गोला” बनाकर, उसमें रोली से, “हुं” लिखें।
