विनियोगः
सीधे हाथ में जल लेकर विनियोग पढ़कर जल भूमि पर छोड़ दे।
श्रीगणेशाय नमः। श्रीलक्षीनृसिंहाय नमः । अस्यश्री लक्ष्मीनृसिंहद्वादशमामस्तोत्रमंत्रस्य।
पुरंदर ऋषिः। अनुष्टुभ् छन्दः। श्रीलक्ष्मी परमात्मादेवता॥ र्हां बीजम्। र्हींर शक्तिः।
र्हुंर कीलकम् । ममसमस्तपापक्षयार्थं जपे विनियोगः।
अथ न्यासः
र्हांत अंगुष्ठाभ्यांनमः ।
र्हींर तर्जनीभ्यां नमः ।
र्हुंमध्यामाभ्यां नमः ।
र्हैह अनामिकाभ्यां नमः ।
र्हौंर कनिष्ठाकांभ्यां नमः ।
र्हः करतलकरपृष्ठाभ्यां नमः ।
हृदय न्यास:
ह्रदयाभ्यां नमः ।
र्हांथ ह्रदयाभ्यां नमः ।
र्हःष करतलकरपृष्ठाभ्यां नमः ।
ह्रदयाभ्यां नमः ।
र्हांम ह्रदयाभ्यां नमः ।
र्हींशिरसे स्वाहा ।
र्हुंर शिखायै वषट् ।
र्हैं हुम् । र्हौंम नेत्रत्रयाय वषट् । र्हः अस्त्राय फट् ।
अथध्यानम्:
भ्सत्यज्ञान सुखस्वरुपमलं क्षीराब्धिमध्यस्थलिम् । योगारुढामतिप्रसन्नवदनं भूषासहस्त्रोज्वलम् ॥
त्र्यक्षं चक्रपिनाकसाभयबराबिभ्राणमर्कछविम् । छत्रीभूतफणीन्द्र बिंदुधवलं लक्ष्मीनृसिंह भजे ॥1॥
मानसोपचारैः सम्पूज्य । प्रथमस्तु आह । ज्वालोद्वितीयं उग्रकेसरी ।
वज्रनखस्तृतीयास्तु चतुर्थश्च विदारणः । सिंहस्य पंचमं चैव षष्ठं च अरिमर्दनम् ।
सप्तमं रिपुहन्ताच अष्टमं देववल्लभः । प्रह्रादवरदो नवमं दशमं नृहरिस्तथा ॥
एकादशं महारौद्रः द्वादशं करुणानिधिः । एतानि द्वादशनामानि नृसिंहस्य महात्मनः ।
मन्त्रराजेति विख्यातः सर्ववापरं परम् । क्षयापस्मार कुष्ठादि ताप ज्वरनिवारणम् ।
राजद्वारे पथे घोरे संग्रामे शत्रुसकटे ।गिरिकानसंघाते व्याघ्रचोरभयं हरेत् ।
इति श्रीब्रह्मपुराणे उत्तरखण्डे श्री लक्ष्मीनृसिंह द्वादशनामस्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णमस्तु ॥
